Terms of service

Boomtown Sites designs, builds and maintains websites and sets up Google Business Profiles for businesses. Each offer is a one-time payment for the work described on our pricing section at the time of purchase.

• Delivery. Delivery times start once we receive the basic information we ask for after payment (services, service area, logo, photos or a link to your Facebook page).
• Revisions. You get a preview before launch and we make reasonable revisions within the scope of the offer you bought.
• Ownership. Once paid, the website and its content belong to you. Your domain is registered in your name.
• Maintenance. Included maintenance covers hosting, SSL, security updates, backups, uptime monitoring and small content edits (prices, hours, photos, service text). It does not include new pages, redesigns or new features. It is not renewed or charged automatically.
• Google Business Profile. Google controls verification and ranking. We set up and optimize the profile and guide you through verification, but we cannot guarantee Google's decisions or a specific ranking.
• Launch price. The $500 Full Website price applies only to the first 10 paid Full Website orders.

Refunds

If we have not started work on your project, you can ask for a full refund. Once work has started, refunds are handled case by case based on the work already done. Write to us at hello@boomtownsites.com.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to deliver your project: your name, business name, email, phone number and the materials you send us. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We use your information to build and maintain your site and to contact you about it. We do not sell it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@boomtownsites.com.
